Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at A Pratte Guitars & Strings. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

*Free Shipping*

Free Shipping only applies to most item purchased over $200.00. Items under $200.00 will be charged a fee of $18.00. String and items able to fit into Canada Posts mail size limits will be be charged only $3.00. Free Shipping may not apply to oversize/overweight items or "Beyond Point" or “Remote” postal codes as determined by Canada Post and/or our couriers. We will contact you if we need to add shipping fees. We will not ship unless you agree to the extra charge. These include PO Boxes, Territories and Atlantic Canada .

Free Shipping may not apply to items on sale.

Shipment Processing Time

*All orders are processed within the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Delivery Times

        Alberta – 1-2 business days

        British Columbia , Saskatchewan, Manitoba – 2-3 business days

        Ontario, Quebec, Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories – 4-5 business days

        Maritimes - 6-7 business days

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the Canada urban at an extra charge.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

A Pratte Guitars & Strings ships to addresses within the Canada and its Territories and Does not ship large items to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email provided an email is given once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.​

Signature

All orders or items over $200.00 are shipped with signature required. If you are not home on the first delivery attempt you may have to pickup the item at their depot.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

A Pratte Guitars & Strings is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Insurance

All items are insured by A Pratte Guitars & Strings. If you received your order damaged, please contact us.

International Shipping Policy

Items being shipped outside of Canada may not have manufactures warranty.
